Please make sure to keep the clinic updated with any medical concerns that may arise throughout the school year. 

Students must be fever free for 24 hours before returning to school without the use of fever-reducing medications.
Fever is 100 degrees or higher

CLOTHING:

Please supply your child with a change of clothing in their backpack.  This is for ALL GRADE LEVELS.  Children need a change of clothing for various reasons, including spills in the cafeteria, falling in mud on the playground, and bathroom accidents.  Any clothes your child borrows from the clinic, please wash and return.  You may keep the underwear, but please supply the clinic with a brand new pair.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation. 

Medication Policy

All medications, either prescription or over the counter, must be brought to school by a parent or guardian. Please do not send medications to school with your student.
Medications may be given in the school clinic for 10 days with a written permission note from a parent or guardian.
All medications including inhalers, or over the counter pain relievers that need to be given for longer than 10 days must have a Dr.'s authorization.

Antibiotics that are prescribed for Three times a day should be given: before school, after school, and at bedtime.
